Fases para materializar un sueño
Fase 1: ENSUEÑO
Eres un soñador, tienes un sueño que te gustaría materializar, pero aún no has salido de tu zona de confort.

- Publica tu sueño en la lista de espera de sueños a materializar:
- Dibuja tu sueño
- Ponle un título a tu sueño
- Descríbenos tu sueño en 300 palabras
Si crees en tu sueño, si crees que se puede materializar, aunque aún no sepas cómo, si estás preparad@ para liderar esa materialización con el apoyo de otr@s hermag@s este es el momento.
Es el momento de presentar tu sueño en el juego … y confiar en la magia y la familia de hermag@s preparados para jugar a cocrear contigo y materializar tu sueño, una pieza más del puzzle de nuestro Nuevo Mundo.
Fase 2: SUEÑO SEMILLA
Ya te arriesgaste, diste el primero paso, hiciste tus pruebas pilotos, lo intentaste, lo iniciaste, tú solo o con ayuda de otras personas.
O ya publicaste tu sueño, fue aceptado y propuesto para la primera fase de materialización. Al pasar a la fase SEMILLA los objetivos son conseguir los recursos necesarios:
- PERSONAS: Reunir al Equipo Semilla de hermag@os que iniciaran el proyecto
- LUGARES: Encontrar el lugar ideal para el proyecto
- RECURSOS: Dinero, horas de trabajo, servicios, criptomonedas, materiales, etc,
En esta fase es importante hacer una buena tarea de análisis para definir de forma clara el proyecto, sus objetivos y los recursos necesarios.
Fase 3: CRECIMIENTO
Enhorabuena! Superaste la primera fase y ya están germinando las semillas, se cumplieron los objetivos de la fase semilla y ahora tu sueño está enraizando.
Es el momento de cuidar el proyecto, los integrantes del Equipo Semilla cumplieron su función y ahora el Equipo Responsable se encarga de cuidar el proyecto, hacer seguimiento y evolucionarlo para que se consolide.
Fase 4: FLORACIÓN
Tu sueño se materializó, ya es un proyecto consolidado que está dando sus frutos.
En este punto tienes una experiencia que compartir con los demás jugadores, un modelo a replicar y un sueño a seguir perfeccionando y evolucionando.
La sostenibilidad del proyecto a largo plazo es uno de los aspectos más valorados entre los hermag@s a la hora de seleccionar los sueños a materializar.
Ahora con tu experiencia puedes ayudar a otros hermag@s a cumplir sus sueños o invitarlos a entrar en tu sueño para que siga creciendo.
