Los proyectos: sueños a materializar
Un proyecto/sueño debe tener tres componentes para poderse materializar:
- LUGAR: en el ciberespacio / en un lugar del planeta Tierra / en la 5 Dimension
- EQUIPO: jugadores que van a implicarse en la materialización del sueño
- Staff semilla (están en la creación del sueño)
- Staff permanente: (responsables/guardianes del sueño)
- Personas en tránsito (voluntarios / colaboradores / trabajadores temporales)
- RECURSOS: dinero, criptomonedas (Seeds/Bitcoin), horas de tiempo, materiales, servicios, etc.
Los proyectos pasarán por diferentes fases:
- Publicación —> Un hermago publica un sueño que quiera materializar. En esta fase debe definirse en qué estado está el sueño, si ya existe o hay que crearlo desde cero, si ya existe el lugar o hay que buscarlo, si ya existen las personas que lo van a materializar,
- Definición del proyecto —> Cuando un sueño ha sido votado por un nº de hermagos y cumple X condiciones, se pasa a la fase de definir el proyecto para preparar la materialización.
Este proceso es gjuiado por miembros del equipo del Staff organizador del juego, que también puede ser cambiante:
- Establecer tres etapas de materialización, de forma que sean tres pasos viables. Se trabaja a fondo en la primera etapa, para sincronizar LUGAR/EQUPO/RECURSOS y poder empezar el juego.
- Buscar el lugar si aún no existe
- Convocar al equipo de hermagos jugadores (un 50% mínimo del staff debe estar formado por jugadores del juego)
- Preparar el sistema de captación de recurso (crowdfunding, reclutamiento de jugadores, campañas promocion/marketing, etc.)
- Preparar el sistema para gestionar la primera etapa del proyecto de forma eficiente y transparente (CLICKUP/DAO HYPHA?)
- Empieza el juego —> Cuando está todo a punto, empieza el juego!!!! Todos los implicados van a intentar materializar ese sueño de forma colaborativa o más rápido, eficiente y posibl,e
