El juego de Hermag@s de la Tierra está concebido para que el propio sistema sea autogestionado por los mismos jugadores.
Por eso en esta prueba piloto vamos a integrar una sistema DAO (Organización Autónoma Descentralizada) utilizando el sistema que ya han desarrollado los de Hypha:
- Entre todos decidiremos qué proyectos ya están maduros y preparados para materializarse
- Entre todos definiremos las reglas del juego
- Entre todos gestionaremos los recursos que se van asignando a los diferentes proyectos
Las Organizaciones Autónomas Descentralizadas (DAO) son estructuras organizativas basadas en la tecnología blockchain. Utilizan contratos inteligentes para que los participantes tengan voz y voto en las decisiones.la gobernanza y la toma de decisiones comunitarias.
